Rotate image

Hello.

I would think that an effect as simple as the one I'm about to describe would already exist, but I have not been able to find one that simply allows the user to rotate the input source a selected number of degrees. I'm sure something like this would be easy to whip-up in quartz. If anyone has any suggestions, could point me in the right direction, or could design an effect such as this one, that would be greatly appreciated!

Can you describe exactly what you're trying to do? The PIP functionality has rotation.
