2 Screens with Cam twist + Justin Tv

Hello guys,

Hope all is well!

I have a question and was wondering if you could help me. I am using Cam Twist to play some of my movie projects doing for college. Cam twist works with with Justin and flash encoder. What I am trying to do is broadcast my movies on full screen on justin tv, and use the laptop at the same time. Im guessing dual window screens in one laptop. I am not sure whether or not this is possible, but i hope it is.

So basically, I would run my VLC player, play the movies on full screen and use the laptop at the same time on different apps, while people on justin view the VLC player full screen.
I know I should use +Desktop for this and filter the video output for one application which VLC or etc. But I can't get it to be full screen and still use the laptop.

I would sincerely appreciate any help or advice for this issue.

You can use the movie source to play the movies into JTV and then you can watch with the preview window and/or the full screen output option.

Would this also work if say videos are played on web page, video playing on google,firefox, etc, You full screen it and stream it using cam twist and still use the laptop. Does this work?

You could indeed capture a video playing in FF with the Desktop source. I wouldn't full screen it though. Let it play at the normal size and grab it.

thanks for replying in such short notice.

One last question if you don't mind. How do i let the music play from the movie played and be streamed online. I can't use Internal microphone ofcourse, i knew how to do it in PC (using stereo built in) but honestly, duno how to do it in mac. any ideas?

I am asking many questions, sorry though! I hope it helps other people too!!

So im playing the movie on cam twist, using soundflower, and interdependently using my laptop without interruptions.

Can i add the time line of the movies im playing as a short or small bar?
